The Slocan Valley Rail Trail is a recreational facility preserving an important part of the Slocan Valley heritage. The 50 km section of former Canadian Pacific Railway line is being developed by Tourism BC and the Slocan Valley Heritage Trail Society for non-motorized recreation. Users can experience a sense of nature and history along the rail trail, including the unique waterfront scenery in BC's Slocan River Valley
