The Slocan Valley Directed Fund
The Slocan Valley Directed Fund is a partnership between Columbia Basin Trust and the Slocan Valley Economic Development Commission, a body of the RDCK. The Commission has received funds to develop projects that benefit the Slocan Valley as a whole.

Please join us as we begin the process to create four new park management plans for the Regional District of Central Kootenay (RDCK). The Regional District parks include:
- Pass Creek Regional Park
- Waterloo Eddy Regional Park
- Crescent Valley Regional Park
- Balfour Beach Regional Park
Project consultants, on behalf of the Regional District, will be hosting a series of open house events with interested organizations and individuals. Stop by to hear about some of the unique opportunities and challenges that planners expect through the process and share your thoughts about what the plans will need to consider. Park locations and the details for each open house are attached.
