The Slocan Valley Seniors’ Housing Society (SVSHS) is a non-profit, charitable society established in 1995 to address seniors’ housing and support needs in the Slocan Valley. We are conducting a study from Summit Lake to the Hwy 3 Junction to determine the extent of the need and demand for seniors’ housing in the Valley. (50 years +)

We want a better understanding of seniors’ housing needs, and what housing and services seniors would like to see in the Valley. We have inserted a paper survey in the Feb. 25th issue of the Valley Voice, but if you prefer to do it online, use the link below. Please forward this link to any friends or neighbours you think might be interested. The survey takes about 5 to 10 minutes to fill out. Please answer all questions. All completed surveys are confidential. Overall results will be reported back to the community.
