HAT Studios web site is an online gallery featuring the artwork of Heather Tarr. Heather works with air brush and paint brush using acrylics & pastels. She focuses mainly on painting model horses and has been selling her work all over the world. Heather was born in Nelson and has lived in the Slocan Valley for over 17 years.
