This promotion is to help you stretch your dollars while supporting our local storefront businesses. It’s been a tough few months for our community, and our local businesses need us now more than ever.

We realize the whole valley was affected by this summer’s wildfires ❤️️, however we need to focus on those areas that were impacted the most by evacuation orders and highway closures.

All retailers will get reimbursed for the $5 voucher so it's a win-win for businesses and residents alike. The coupon is valid until December 31, 2024 so you can use it for your holiday shopping!

This is our second promotion this month. On October 17, residents from Winlaw to New Denver received a voucher for a FREE coffee in that edition of The Valley Voice newspaper that’s valid until November 30, 3024. The businesses get reimbursed for that promotion as well.

Come on down to the New Denver Friday Market this Friday, September 6 and support our Slocan Valley vendors!

Look out for the Support Slocan Valley info booth at the market from 9:30am-12pm (the market goes from 9:30am to 1:30pm) to get a voucher to receive $10 off a purchase of $25 or more at any of the Slocan Valley vendors!

Vendors will then be able to take their vouchers back to us to get reimbursed! Win-win for everyone.

We created this campaign, with our partners, @communityfutures_centralkoot, in order to help our local businesses who’ve been deeply impacted by the wildfires this summer. A lot of our businesses are struggling and this is your opportunity to support them!
