Experience wellness in the heart of the Slocan Valley this weekend! 💜 The @kootenaywellnessfestival returns June 12–14, bringing together community, connection and healing in one of British Columbia’s most beautiful regions.

Formerly known as the Kootenay Yoga Festival, this expanded alcohol-free wellness gathering now features over 40 workshops and experiences including yoga, breathwork, somatic therapy, sound healing, dance, live music, nature-based programming, and educational talks focused on mental health and resilience.

Set against the stunning backdrop of the Slocan Valley, the festival offers visitors and locals alike an opportunity to slow down, reconnect and experience the vibrant wellness culture of the Kootenays.
