My intention is to do the best I can to assist your, mind body and spirit into feeling aligned and attuned to one another. To relieve pain and tension, and to help you float out the door.

I have been studying the effects of the nervous system, I’ve begun to work with and understand how much resiliency can be built when we create a large awareness in the body of the resourced and ‘good’ sensations.  I look forward to working with you.
