FOODTREE Permaculture Education

The FOODTREE Permaculture exists to promote awareness around developing resilient communities, food production and waste diversion. We do this using the regenerative scientific system of Permaculture design, hosting educational events that guide and inspire our neighbourhoods towards an abundant life light in impact on the environment. We care for the earth, we care for others and we recognize that surplus is an opportunity for collaboration and sharing. We are a network of designers, facilitators, gardeners and builders dedicated to creating solutions for healthy vibrant living.

We are developing a 4-acre demonstration site, Full Circle Gardens, in the Crescent Valley BC. Our aim is to demonstrate sustainable small-scale Permaculture design that can be applied in urban and suburban areas. We raise honeybees, egg-laying chickens, meat rabbits and maintain a diverse cold-hardy high-mountain edible nursery.
